What we collect
Quote form: your name, company, phone, e-mail, cargo and route details, and any notes you write.
Customer panel: name, company, phone and e-mail; your password is stored only in encrypted form. The status of your requests, bill of lading numbers and invoices the office records for you are shown in your panel.
Shipment tracking: the bill of lading number you enter, used only to show that shipment’s status.
Calculators: the figures you enter in the load, forwarding-fee and lesson calculators are worked out in your browser and are not sent to us.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry with a rate and transit time, carry out and follow your shipment, sign you in to the customer panel and send confirmation e-mails, and contact you about that request.
Your information is not sold or given to others for advertising.
Who we share it with
SEAROAD Logistics staff and the company’s internal shipment system; and, as far as needed to carry or clear your cargo, parties such as carriers, customs representatives or warehouses, or any authority the law requires.
Outside services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map on the contact page from Google Maps; your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them.
The site uses no advertising cookies. WordPress sign-in cookies are set only when you sign in to the customer panel.
Keeping data and your rights
Request data is kept for as long as the work and legal and accounting obligations require.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@searoadco.com. You can also change your name, phone and company yourself under “Profile” in the panel.

Terms of use
Calculator results are estimates; we confirm the rate and terms of each shipment after your enquiry.
The lessons and other content of this site belong to SEAROAD Logistics and are for reading online on this site only; copying, printing or republishing them without written permission is not allowed.
