Which days does groupage leave Türkiye?
Every week, Wednesday to Friday, from the Istanbul warehouse. To catch that week’s departure, agree the delivery time to the warehouse with us when you ask for a quote.

How long does Istanbul to Tehran take?

How do I find out the rate?
Each shipment’s rate depends on the goods, weight and volume, route and timing. Fill in the quote form and we will reply with a rate and transit time.
I have less than a truckload. What can I do?
Your cargo is consolidated with other loads at the Istanbul warehouse and travels on a groupage truck.
Do you carry refrigerated cargo?
Yes. Goods such as fruit and food are carried in refrigerated trucks with the temperature kept under control.
Do you carry dangerous goods?
No. SEAROAD Logistics does not carry dangerous goods (ADR / IMDG).
Which documents are needed?
Usually a commercial invoice and packing list and, depending on the goods and route, a certificate of origin and any permits. Each route page lists its documents, for example Türkiye to Iran.

Which countries do you transit to?

What about cargo insurance?
Cargo insurance is a separate contract from carriage. If you want your shipment insured, say so in your enquiry and we will look at arranging it.
How do I track my shipment?
With the bill of lading number on the tracking page, or in the customer panel, which also shows your requests and invoices.
